Blog Moderator's Invite for Swag Art Designs for the 2008 US FaceLess Tour

1. Swag Art: The Band needs designs for Tickets, T-shirts, Coffee cups and Tour Posters, the best of which will be placed on - you guessed it! - Tickets, T-shirts, Coffee cups and Tour posters, which, in turn, will then be marketed through Rosie's Store, Amazon Market Place, eBay and the like.

All designs must...
A. integrate with the overall themes of Rosie and the Posers. See the "Big Idea" on the Opening Page for guidance.
B. integrate with the Story Line of the FaceLess Tour, which, is that of a fictional band, that over the process of the tour, becomes real, as in reality, it will.
C. bears a represention of Rosie and her cello. This "representation" can be the subject of the piece of art, or simply, a smallish "logo" in a corner. Check the tickets in the store, the ticket mock-ups already posted, and the limited number of pictures in the Art Bank in order to get a sense of artistic direction. Pictures of Rosie can be lifted from the Art Bank for use by the artist.
D. be an orignial piece of art, on which you obviously used your imagination!

COMPENSATION

In general, artists will be paid a contracted dollar amount for each piece of art they have on, or is packaged with, a Band product, and that, in accordance with the number of units sold - when they are sold. Please understand that the Band cannot promise how much you can or will make. It could be a little, or it could be a lot. They encourage you to allocate your emotional and financial expectations accordingly! Further, please note that the Band cannot contract with minors. So, if you're under 18 and can rumble with Rembrant, you'll still have to have your parent or guardian sign for you.

In particular, contracts with artists will be drawn up as the need arises.

Blog Moderator's Invite for Swag Art Designs for the 1772 Tour de Thames

1. Swag Art: The Band needs designs for Tickets, T-shirts, Coffee cups and Tour Posters, the best of which will be placed on - you guessed, again!

B. integrate with the Story Line of the 1772 Tour de Thames, which is that of the Band's journey up and down the Thames River during the time baroque ruled the western musical world. See the Literature Blog, specifically, The Diary of William P. for some inspiration. Google History of the River Thames for context.
C. bears a represention of Rosie and her cello. Hopefully, within a few weeks we'll have archive pictures of Rosie in 18th century dress.
